Confirmed shipments are subject to Bay Transit Co's standard freight brokerage terms, including carrier-specific rate confirmations.

Bay Transit Co acts as a licensed freight broker and does not take possession of freight. Liability for loss or damage is governed by the terms of the applicable carrier's bill of lading and applicable federal law.

3. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipment information, including commodity type, weight, dimensions, hazardous material status, and any special handling requirements. Inaccurate information may result in additional charges, shipment delays, or carrier refusal, for which Bay Transit Co shall not be held liable.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and design elements on this site are owned or licensed by Bay Transit Co, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any material without prior written permission. The Bay Transit Co name, BTC mark, and associated visual identity are proprietary.
